The Story

abTestBot was created by Scott Leblanc, an ecommerce and conversion optimization professional with over 25 years of experience building, growing, and optimizing online businesses.

After decades of helping clients and his own products succeed through data-driven experimentation, Scott recognized a gap: generating high-quality A/B test hypotheses was still a manual, time-consuming process — even for experienced teams. The best ideas often came from deep analysis of page structure, user behavior patterns, and competitive landscapes — exactly the kind of work AI excels at.

abTestBot was born from that insight. Originally built as an internal tool for Scott's own consulting practice and client work, it quickly proved so effective that it became clear other teams could benefit from the same approach.
